The Technological Process:

Moving coil→setting coil→uncoiling→shearing and butt welding→horizontally guiding→feeding→storing→discharging(electric control system and hydraulic system)→forming→welding→sizing→flying saw→run out table on the roll way.  

 

The Description of Product: 

1.Shearing machine is the main assistant equipment in the welded pipe production line.

2. It is used to cut the irregular part of the steel strip head and end, and butt weld them, to ensure the continously production of the welded pipe procution line.

3. YJ600 double-column shearing machine is the product of JIANGYIN YINJIANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. It is suit for the steel strip, which width:≤580mm,thickness:≤6.0mm.

4. The brief of YJ series hydraulic shearing machine

A. The shearing machine use the hydraulic system to control the shear stress, to meet the requirements of cutting off the strip, and play the part of shearing in the strip production line. It is the necessary equipment to ensure the formation of the cut surface of strip. In the production process, during replacing the coil, it can cut the head and tail of the strip quickly, to make the cut surface meet the requirements of the butt welding, and keep the strip leveling.

B. The main technical parameters of YJ series hydraulic shearing machine

The parameters of the main function:

C. The component and function

3	Welding platform	Compress the head and tail of the strip with the pressure plate, align the cut surface, convenient to welding.
4	Base	Provide the fixed and the mobile. The mobiles shearing machine will be removed in the case of shearing machine not working, so that it does not affect the normal movement of strip.
5	The controling part	Control the use of shearing and pressure plate.

D. The working process of YJ series hydraulic shearing machine

The process of hydraulic shearing machine is divided into three stages:

(a)Crop front-end: Hang the full coil on the uncoiler, draw out the front-end, put it on the knife-edge, keep the center of the strip and the blade in line, cut the irregular side of the front-end of the strip to normal standard.

(b)Crop back-end: When a full coil is about to transmit to the end, put the back-end on the knife-edge of the shearing machine, keep the center of the strip and the blade in line, cut the irregular side of the back-end of the strip to normal standard.

(c)Butt welding: After cutting the back-end of the strip, put it on the welding platform, press it with the pressure plate,and after cutting the front-end of the strip, put it on the welding platform, press it with the pressure plate, align the strip and ensure the cut surface next. Then use the argon welder to weld, the seam must be full-welding and complete penetration. And ensure the quality of welding, In order to not to impact normal production. Release the two pressure plate after completing the welding, then start the moving button so that the shearing machine can move away.
